I always loved singing. It makes me spiritually connected, and transcend the mundane world. I particularly enjoy being a Chazan and have been conducting high holiday services for over 4 years.
Many people have told me that they are spiritually inspired and feel connected to Shemayim when they hear me sing. It is said, “words from the heart go to the heart,” and I’ve found that a voice from the heart goes to the heart.
Reality Check:
I have never had the time or means to make a music studio recording or to try to get into the music business. As I have just finished Semicha, it seems like this is an opportune time to start.

Yaakov Motzen.
Favorite Song:
I don’t really have a favorite. Though anything of the cantorial genre always puts me in a good mood.
A Jewish Star:
I really appreciate the opportunity to participate in this event, as it allows me, and the other venerable participants, to get exposure in a Jewish setting for a meaningful and humanitarian cause.

I just found out that Yermi will be the chazzan for Rosh Hashanah for Chabad of the Conejo in Agoura hIlls, California- This will be at the Hyatt Hotel in Westlake Village, Ca. It should be aweesome!! Everyone should come!

One of the things that this singer differs from MOST of the others is that others used (Goyishe) theatrics and nice videos to enhance their performance and is not indicative of their own capabilities. This guy is really powerful in range and hartzig in voice. This is a search for a Jewish star! BTW, who is Yudoff and where from?
