If you can get one for pesach, you can dry onions, tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers and carrots, then turn them into powders with a coffee grinder…in fact, try that now and you should have even better paprika, onion powder, etc than what you can get in a store

You’re supposed to chop up the figs, add them to a pot and then continue with the orange etc
