For the people in Leningrad during the brutal winter of 1943, the siege by the Germans made life a living hell. People literally dropped dead of starvation in the streets. They are ate stray cats to survive. The days and weeks seemed endless and the weariness by the endless siege took its toll. It seemed like it would never end. And then one day, it did. You are not permitted to force the Geula. Yes we must dave but realize there is a Divine chesban when it’s to happen. We need to prepare by increasing our Torah learning. Here is how. Every guy should study 8 lines of gemorrah on Sunday and repeat it three times each day of the week. He can write the meaning of difficult words between the lines of your gemorrah.
