what a special neshama
I look at these pictures and see so many crown heights residents that attended. I too would have wished to attend as well as many others but we don't live locally.
Our hearts and prayers are with the family.

in his memory
Is there a fund for his family or for sichos in English? Is anything else being done in his memory, such as for shidduchim?

Tragedy
There have been more than our share of levayas recently.

Please HaShem have rachmonus on our small community.
We need to increase in Yonahs ways.

vhachai yiten el libo

when I told Yonah I am in pain he listened to my cries and he was in pain. He tried to help me and cared as the pain was his very own.

When I told him I have a Simcha he apologized for not coming even though he was in the hospital.

This is a wake up cal

Yonah will help me from shamayim.
Baruch HaShem the community of crown heights has unlimited cheesed Asher lo yisofer mairov and the few
Minor things that need to be corrected will be corrected very soon.

Always helping
Inquiring, caring, soothing, strenthening , laughing and giving ideas. You always were available even when your health was bothering. We just spoke this sunday. You said you felt alot better. It was said to make me not worry. Your trademark. I will miss you rabbi yona. I am crying for my loss. I know your being taken care of by all the holy people that are with you. Your arranging shiurim now and your still putting your strenth to help the many you tuched from shamiyim. When you finally make your eternal home comforting go to the holy of holies and cry for us and beg for us that are still here who wait for the shofar to ring and to dance with you again I will always remember you and look forward for that day when we will dance again
