R’ Moshe was very serious when it came to yiddiskeit and davening, he came to crown height from Iran so his children can live as proud Jews, his warm smile will be sorely missed in Crown Heights, im sure that it wont be long because Moshiach is on his way…
I am sure he and Rebbe will ask HaShem to bring moshiach
Rabbi kooshanfar will be greatly missed by all he was an icon in empire shtiebel and doing all kind of chesed in different ways. Always attending people Simcha’s and time of sadness
He was a great man and loved Rebbe
There is so much to be said about the greatness of R Koshanfar. He will be greatly missed by the Persian community of crown heights.
Boruch dayan ha’emes .
Wonder what time is best time to come during the day…?
BDE, we lost a real yid.
From this humble man did benzion and Mayer kohan learn to do Chessed for our community . Hundreds of weddings at cost price . Thousands of bachurim given a hot meal . I used to see mr koshenfar going all the way to eastern parkway to make sure the persian shul is well run . Even in his later years when it was hard for him to walk . He was also a member of the shtiebel on empire during the week .
Rebbi Moshe davened in Empire Shteeble and was the gabbi of all he 6:00 am shachris minyan. We will miss him too.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and his very warm personality,
Even in his later year while in a wheelchair he would make sure to be at Empire Shtiebel 6:15 Minoan and wouldn’t miss a day,
He was a great Talmud chochom and poet as well, who had a close relationship with the Rebbe especially concerning Iranian Jews.
BDE
He was a great man that every morning no matter of the weather and other difficulties would go to Empire shtiebrl with wheelchair
I wish col would write more about him
His passing a great loss for Persian community and crown heights
BDE. Ad mosai?
