The second Mega Chanukah event took place in S. Paulo, Brazil, hosted by Beit Chabad of Brazil.
Nearly 2000 people attended the event that took place last Sunday, from 11:00 am till 6:00 pm, before the last Chanukah candle was lit. The space for the event was on the grounds of a future great venture by construction company Tishman-Speyer next to Beit Chabad Central in S. Paulo.
Taking advantage of the park and a beautiful sunny day, the theme of the event was Connection with Nature and the children had fun with attractions like zipline, tree climbing, trampoline and workshops. In addition, a food court was created with the participation of six renowned local restaurants offering a kosher version of their traditional menu.
Thank you Rabbi Yossi Alpern for all your hard work to make this event happened!
