Jewish Men Attacked in Miami

Breaking: A man beat three Jewish men with rocks in Miami Beach Thursday morning in an apparent Anti-Semitic attack.

A man attacked three Jewish men Thursday morning in Miami Beach in what appears to be an anti Semitic attack.

The attack happened after 5:30 a.m. at the Kosher Dunkin Donuts shop 341 W. 41st Street in Miami Beach.

According to Miami Beach Police, an elderly Jewish man was sitting in the restaurant with two friends like he does every morning when the suspect came inside and hit him.

The man violently beat the three men, who were wearing Yarmulkas and were visibly Jewish, with a rock, sources told COLlive.

One of the men was transported to the hospital due to his injuries.

Miami Beach police officers cornered the suspect, quickly catching him on the roof of a commercial building 3 blocks away.

The police can't stop everything. People always blame politicians, police, and yada yada yada. The only way to stop attacks is if the attacker gets beat. One Krav Maga class won't do the job. Everyone has to train properly. Don't blame anyone but yourself if some thing happens and you are not trained.

L.G visiting and reporting from Miami
It was a dramatic scene, the culprit was apprehended behind 540 41st street which is the nicest and best retail building on 41st street, he tried to snoop into sage for fine wine and herring but they're only open on Thursday and Friday, luckily the police nabbed him before he could get inside lennys pizza for a delicious slice and an easy getaway as one of lennys employees.
And Police were interviewing the treated victims close by at the Medrite 41 urgent care, where they were treated swiftly and with the utmost care.

Hello
Jews are 1.6% of the population, but 30% of civil rights activists, and 90% of civil rights lawyers in the 60s.

#2 Read the article
It says "elderly men". They only attack weaker people- don't you know by now?

The text in the article was updated. The earlier version when #2 made his comment, did not identify the Jews as being elderly. And if I remember correctly, originally the time said 7am. The 5:30 am time is an indication of the likelihood of older men being out and around.

ouch
sad to read.

just wanted to point out to those who always write about crown heights as being awful, etc. whenever there's a social or anti-semitic crime committed, it's not a geographical thing. there are people who behave badly everywhere.

#2 — No
The article says he beat the men violently. With a rock. That’s not throwing stones and running.

Why
Why no identification of the perpetrator?

YG.
Many of the facts here are false. My father is the “elderly” man. He’s 67 - not elderly. He was enjoying coffee with his friends when a man approached him, asked him a question and then punched him in the face once. One of his friends then threw his coffee on him and then he and the other man jumped him, ripping off a piece of his clothing before he ran away. They were able to catch him using this piece of clothing and a police dog.

I'm proud!
Hey, YG! My father was another of the "elderly men." He's 78, so a bit closer to elderly.

For those advocating fighting back, please know that as #14 wrote, they did! My father, in letting my brothers and I know what happened, almost apologized to us for doing it because of his age. But, in his holy sweetness, he simply wrote, "Maybe I shouldn't have, but what could I do? He attacked my friend."

We're proud of him!
