Montreal police believe an early morning fire at a pizza place in the Cote-des-Neiges neighborhood in Montreal was intentionally set.
When the call came in around 6:20 a.m., police arrived on-scene and found the front window of Pizza Pita, near Plamondon Ave., broken and the sprinklers on.
Firefighters were quickly able to extinguish the flames, but forensic evidence at the scene points to a possible arson attack.
A source at the scene told COLlive that the fire was set by a Molotov cocktail thrown through the window.
Investigators from the Montreal Police arson squad will investigate.
No one was injured, and no roads were closed during the intervention.
There is no word on the total cost of the damage.
It’s the second fire in a neighborhood pizza restaurant in as many weeks.

That’s probably what happened. I heard from a source that’s exactly what police believe. The first one last week was meant for Pizza Pita but the yukel got the place wrong….

Everything’s fine it was a small cocktail and the sprinklers put out the fire right away. Very very minimal damage bh. And it’s open and running right now.
The article mentioned this is the second attack on a pizza shop in the area. The other one was across the street at a treif pizza shop less than two weeks ago. So it might not be an anti semitic attack. It could be a rival competitor . But then again it could be a stupid anti-Semite who thought the first pizza shop he was firebombing was the kosher one and had to redo his crime when the yutz figured out his mistake.
