A rocket hit a garden of a residential house in central Beer Sheva on Wednesday morning.
Police forces rescued the residents from the house, reported the Police Spokesperson’s Unit. A medical team responded to the explosion, according to the Hatzala Spokesperson’s Unit.
In the house were a 39-year-old woman and three children aged nine, ten and twelve who suffered from anxiety attacks.
Following the attack, a rocket alert was activated in the area. The situation is still under review according to the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.
This attack comes after Bayit Yehudi leader and cabinet minister Naftali Bennett said on Monday that Israel should respond to ongoing attacks from Gaza more aggressively and kill any terrorist who infiltrates into Israel.
“The correct response is that a terrorist who enters Israel from Gaza cannot return alive. We need to kill terrorists who want to kill us,” Bennett said at a conference of the Maariv newspaper, The Jerusalem Post’s sister publication.

There is now a cease fire between israel and hamas engineered by egypt after the rocket attack. Israeli cabinet meeting tonite about it tonite. Test will be friday if terrorists again send terror balloons and try and break thru the border fence from gaza to israel
The house was totally destroyed and the family was rescued from the collapsed house. Israel bombed in gaza and killed 2 arabs in response. Much more needs to be done.
An egyptian delegation was in gaza at the time trying to negotiate a stoppage of the rioting at gaza fence and terror balloons that have destroyed many forests and fields of crops
