A perpetrator has been arrested Sunday afternoon after he attempted to stab multiple bystanders in Crown Heights.
The incident occurred on Sunday, Erev Sukkos at approximately 2:30 pm near Kingston Avenue and Eastern Parkway.
The male attacker was seen by witnesses acting in an erratic manner and yelling at passersby, when suddenly he pulled out a knife and began to chase his victims.
The NYPD, with the assistance of Shmira volunteers, managed to apprehend the suspect nearby and he was taken into custody.
Shortly afterwards, another individual passing by identified the suspect as the same person who chased his daughter with a knife, one day earlier.
The attacker was then criminally charged and taken to the hospital before getting processed at the detention center.
In case of any emergency, call Shmira 24/7 at 718-221-0303 and 911.
1) Start treating CH like Manhattan – have police walking the streets…
2) Millions are being spent on luxury housing for the homeless and drug addicts
3) Demand more cops on the streets
Its just anti-semitisiom which needs to stop, and haveing shmirah 24/7 is definitly the best way to prevent this from R”L happening again.
Young and able bodied men should join the Shmirah.
The police need help. A lot of help.
No question about it
