Highly recommended Shadchan
October 14, 2015 10:56 pm

I just had an interview with Toby lieder. She helped assist me to realise what I want and what I don’t want. I feel everybody needing a shidduch out there should call and make an appt with her while she’s in crown hts for this week

Dr. Sara Grozalsky -- highly recommended!

She has a lot of experience in this field. She is also an excellent therapist for young people who might still have an issue or two to resolve before marriage. An all-around good therapist with Yiras Shamayim and a practical approach.

I’m very impressed with this article. Well-said!

Rabbi Moishe Raitman - excellent coach/shadchan
October 14, 2015 6:18 pm

Rabbi Raitman is a Shadchan coach par excellance. From personal experience, he has a unique ability to relate to both the boys and girls, and involve the parents every step of the process. He is not pushy at all. Highly recommend him.

Elka Pinson is a great choice!

One of our children went to her for shidduch guidance and she was very perceptive about which type of person to focus on when looking for a shidduch for that child. The result was BH a great match and BH a beautiful marriage. I think that it is a good recommendation.

Not all shadchanim are bad coaches. The ones who really care can be objective and not push the shidduch.

I love my parents

But I Agree 100 percent.
Many many times, parents have their own interests in mind, or they decide what their child wants( even after their child talking to them) . They don’t do it on purpose, but it’s a fact.

There seems to be a problem with the adeiad.org website…is there a known email address?

Great article.

Mrs. Yocheved Lipsker is a wonderful dating “coach”. If she isn’t the “official” shadchan involved with the date, she is an excellent person to speak to.

I don’t know from personal experience, but I’ve read that Mrs. Toby Lieder of Australia is also a dating coach.

Great article

Thank you for the great piece.

As a older single (bocher) I always find it hard to find that someone to talk too. Any other of mashpim or people that are good with this field?

Important article
October 14, 2015 1:01 am

So glad to see this. Another point: make sure the mashpia is mature enough. A 20-something, newlywed mashpia may be easy for a boy or girl to talk to, but may not be qualified to tell them, for example, to ignore their parents’ advice about a shidduch. I’ve seen this cause major trouble, unfortunately. Wishing all singles a quick and happy path to the chuppah with The Right One.

Bold?
October 14, 2015 12:10 am

Why is it bold for parents to suggest that their children speak to a mashpia?

The Rebbe said everyone should have a mashpia.

this is an excellent article.

I’m sure it’s not intended, but it does come across as an ad for Dr. Pinson. Perhaps there should be a list of professionals your organization approves of.

So true

It is so important to have a mashpia
