Busy Real Estate firm in Crown Heights seeking a full-time AP/AR Clerk / Bookkeeper. The role will be responsible for reconciling A/R with an emphasis on sizable, multi-location accounts. We require an individual that is hard working, extremely accurate, excellent attention to detail and has a positive working attitude. Person must be familiar with posting checks both physically and electronically. Confidentiality and excellent organization skills and the ability to clearly communicate. Candidate should be comfortable performing all standard bookkeeping functions including billing, A/R and A/P, and financial reporting.

Requirements: 2-3 Years experience working with Quickbooks
Have excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).
Must be skilled in Word, Excel. Real Estate Office Experience a plus
