Administrative Assistant
Tile Importer/Distributor in Brooklyn, NY looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to the COO.
Responsibilities will include secretarial work such as scheduling meetings, answering calls, data processing, demonstrate good mathematical skills, and other administrative work as well as calculating and issuing customer and corporate rebates.
Other duties would include greeting and assisting onsite guests, draft correspondences and other formal documents, developing and implementing organized filing systems and a vast experience in working with excel spreadsheets.
They should be capable of working on special projects that are highly confidential and time sensitive. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload and any other assistance the COO requires.
