I have a good friend who is a DA and he tells me that the judge must have been an anti-semite to give Sholom Mordechai the sentence he got. IY”H all our tehilim will get the job done and he and Ezagui and all other frum yidden being prosecuted unjustly will be proven innocent!!

yO’URE RIGHT! EVERYBODY, INCLUDING RESPECTED MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, AGREE THAT THE NUMBER OF YEARS METED OUT TO SMR FOR EXAGGERATING HIS INCOME ETC. IS HIGHLY UNUSUAL, AND,AS SUCH, IS QUITE CRUEL..hOPEFULLY, THE APPELATE COURT WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THIS AND REDUCE HIS SENTENCE,PERHAPS TO TIME SERVED. AIBERSHTER, YOU CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN EVEN B’DERECH HA’TEVAH. AMEN, KAIN Y’HEE RATZON.

Cruel and Unusual Punishment
January 4, 2011 4:09 pm

what about what the bill of rights says about cruel and unusual punishment! This case is a travesty of the Judicial system. When justice is not carried out fairly and without prejudice, Hashem needs to get involved. We need to say Tehillim and when Hashem does get involved as He already is, we can thank Him and not get upset at what happens to the evil doers.
When evil gets punished is it just as good as when good gets rewarded.
