Picture of the Day

While snow and freezing temperatures continued to cause travel chaos in much of Europe, Rabbi Nachum Yaakobovitch, from the elder Chabad Chassidim in Antwerp, Belgium, decided to walk home after davening Shachris. Photo

I wish him a nice hot cup of tea.

The novelty in the picture is not walking, it is clear where everyone is walking in Antwerp or passengers on bicycles.

What is new is – the days of hard snow, and Europe is paralyzed, and they all stay at home because there is no work and no school.
HaGaon Hachasid Rabbi Nachum Avraham yacobovich did not exceed his custom, he walks in 4 in the morning to the mikvah and to lern a Mamar Chasidut, and then pray , then returns home.
Indeed one of the few in our generation!
