on the siubject; why dont people put money in the meter ? i see flashing “00:00” ALL THE TIME. (and i always try to put a quarter for them).

And it will happen again and again…
So what we elected a Vaad Hakohol so what that elected officials visited our community, we are endorsing them again, so why should they do anything for us if we give them our votes time after time even thought we get nothing from them.
No surprise.
