Kol Israel radio in Israel reported just a short time ago that Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Aronov, Chairman of Agudas Chasidei Chabad in Israel, requested that the Israeli government bring the Hindu nanny Sandra Samuel, who rescued Moshe, the young orpan child of Gavriel and Rivkah Holtzberg, to Israel.
This was the request of the Rosenberg family, who feels that due to the strong connection of the toddler to his nanny, it is imperative that she remain with him after the loss of his parents.
Galei Tzahal radio reported that a family member said that baby was asking for the nanny.
Good job nanny for saving the baby. We give you alot of credit.
the nanny really deserves somthing i feel so bad for the baby
she really deserves some greta recognition for her brave heroic act!!
What’s important is that this nanny will have a better life in Israel and she deserves to be rewarded for putting her life in danger to save a Yiddishe Neshomo. She is a hero who we all need to applaud.
this is so sad!!we should all pray that Hashem should help
Even if she is Hindu, she is a RIGHTEOUS GENTILE!! This poor traumatized child, and this poor woman, we should take care of her too if she doesn’t want to stay in India!! She obviously loves little Moshe enough to have put her own life on the line!!
we must keep our heads high i was down the whole shabbos could not get back to my self i belive this is the worst thing to happen to lubavich since gimmel tamuz there are no anwsers jews are suffering all our lives its time we leave this goulos with moshiach tzidkainu not a second to short!
What is the difference? if the child loves the nanny and she can take care of him, that is what’s important. At least he will have a familiar face, even though he has lost everyone dear to him.
what a beautiful little boy, so innocent, and he has seen so much! may Hashem help,
Any answers?
isn’t this nanny jewish, I thought we all read that.
our hearts are aching from all this pain. May HaShem send Moshiach. We must be pro-active and reach out to others as the Rebbe wants us to do, in order to acheive this…..this is just too much.
This is terrible!! Hashem, have rachmonus on your children!
My heart goes out to this poor child. May he only experience good in his life from now on.
