I dare say you are engaging in needless pedantry.
My words were obviously directed towards the specific activities Chabad and its Shluchim engage their young charges in. Not towards why they are Shluchim (or were created, for that matter) in the first place.
To 2 . thats not our goal. that might help our goal. our goal is to bring moshiach.
