I listened to Nichoach tapes when I was young, but it was my grandfather Rabbi Gutman Baras OBM, a chazan and mohel, who pushed me into chazanus and music.

I think when ajewishstar was invented, it was invented for this. It totally reminds of Nichoach. I feel the nigun, i feel a chassidisher nigun. Wow! i didn`t know we still had such a voice in 5770. Beautiful and inspiring. Why don`t you make a nigunim cd? seriously!

To make a good quality CD costs quite a bit these days. Maybe there should be a fund by Nigunim lovers to cover the cost as to encourage young talents to record... Just a thought!
