could we get some real auditions?
where we see the guy singing the actual recording. as opposed to lip-synced scenery of Manhattan. part of the vote should be for how the guy presents himself singing the real thing. not for fancy shmancy studio recordings with computer edited videos. Besides, weren't these supposed to be chabad niggunim.

moshe and gershon will be on stage for sure!
moshe did a great job but this guy is still better... unlike Moshe he does not copy anyone.... He sings as himself.. He has an amazing voice. Very soothing and powerful. I wish both of them well!

I also liked Moshe but
Moshe was good on the entertaining side and very funny. When it comes to singing, however, this guy is way better. To all those who crtisize the studio etc. Be aware that what you hear is what you get. Feel free to ask Benshimon if this guy used any special filters etc. He really sounds that way in real person. This guy is a hidden talent. He is amazing. Plain and simple. Also, moshe may have more freinds whos stick up for him but I think that Gershon is the best so far.

nothing wrong with presenting the song as recorded in a studio. anyone can tell this guy has got what it takes.
so far the best by far. this fellow however , can even give benny freidman a run for his money. actually, i think he is better by far. this guy is definately the winner so far.

What is everyone so excited about? Yes, he sounds decent, and has a professional air about him, but if you listen carefully, he also sounds like he is out of breath, his voice quavers, and he is also slightly off key at certain points - listen carefully, (without being distracted by the video, maybe listen without watching). I think Lehr is better "raw talent".

you could hear it in his voice how balanced and smooth and so on pitch this guy was... i'm really impressed, if i wasn't watching the video and just hearing him i would think its some professional singer from a CD. he earned my vote 100% (also this is not a comedy competition, although that may be a good idea for COL to do. This is singing talent. this dude has it!!)

GREAT VOICE seems like a good guy
he prob. would have been better off with a plain audition, he would have felt much more comfortable & we would have got to know him. like this his body language was very frigid & he didn't give us a chance to see what he's about
to all future contestants:
the people want to get to know the personality behind the voice.
at first it might be tough to feel comfortable in front of a camera, but you play around with it, make some eye contact with the lens :) & sooner or later you realize, hey it's just a camera, you'd be amazed how comfortable you can possibly get! & once you do it you'll also be amazed how far talking to a camera can snowball from there on

This is nice but by no means "incredible" or powerful???" total lack of power that's for sure,he sounds pleasant but strained,raw talent is what AI and X factor is all about,that's RAW TALENT! why can't we have someone who will get up and really blow everyone away,there's definitely someone out there who has it in him. so far the best we have seen is maybe a 5 out of a potential 10,so powerhouses - get out there!
