Thousands Dance on Kingston

Thousands attended the first night of Simchas Beis Hashoeiva dancing on Kingston Avenue in Crown Heights. Chassidim and bochurim, alongside residents of other communities, danced to the music of Shlomo Recu and Shaya Lieberman.

did you see the mess on kingston at 8am today? unbelievable how much garbage was on the street!
I think that placing many garbage cans throughout the area will really help.

it's about time we wake up!
let's get back to nice chassidishe nigunim with a chasidishe (looking) band, the way the Rebbe would like to be represented. THIS would be very attracting, and we need no more.
Lubavitch represents halacha, tznius, eidelkeit, and yes also frumkeit.
remember R' Shmuel Munkes's lesson of the iPod in the window of the PC store.. yes a chosid has a big zechus, and at the same time a major responsibility - he/she is an expression of the Rebbe Himself, and should represent him in the correct manner.. well at least bechitzoinus.. at least in the window., at least in the public in the streets..
and now if we don't change.. then we are transmitting to our children a different Lubavitch, not the Rebbe's Lubavitch!

Theyre all irrelevant. The 'Strayan flag is the only real one up there. And why shouldnt we fly the flag of the greatest country on earth, in pride?
To all Aussies reading this, get bak to simchas beis, and bring an aussie flag if you can. Theres no such THING as enough.

Aussie!!!!
all the flags represent unity and the
fact that we all come together to celebrate
from all around the world.......especially from down under!!!.
but an intresting thing i noticed on the first night was at the
begining of the night at about 1 the were mostly foreign flags but by the end of the night last half hour were only
moshiach flags waving with pride..cause at the end of the day thats the only on that counts..............go Aussies
