R' Meir Friedman, a long-time resident of Kfar Chabad, passed away on the first night of Rosh Hashana. For many years he ran the Kfar Chabad branch of Tzach.

R' Meir Friedman, a long-time resident of Kfar Chabad, passed away on the first night of Rosh Hashana. For many years he ran the Kfar Chabad branch of Tzach, and was also a member of the faculty of Bais Rivka in Kfar Chabad.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah, and sons Rabbi Yaakov Friedman, Moscow, Rabbi Chaim Ezra Friedman of Kfar Chabad, Mrs. Shainy Bruk of Rishon L'tzion, Mrs. Chana Rivka Zalmanov and Pesia Meyer of Kfar Chabad.

He is also survived by his brother, Rabbi Yisroel Friedman, Rosh Yeshiva of Oholei Torah in Crown Heights.

The funeral will leave tomorrow (Monday) at 10:30 am from his home to the cemetery in Achiezer.
