Girls ‘Mega Parade’ In Monsey

Students of Cheder Chabad Girls and Preschool of Monsey, NY, enjoyed a beautiful, meaningful day of inspiration on Lag B’Omer.

The Mega Parade created an atmosphere of true Achdus. It was a smashing success! It began with an amazing rally run by Rabbi Gluckowsky from Closter, NJ. He shared a beautiful story about the Rebbe followed by tehillim led by Mrs. Oster for a refuah shleima for Aron ben Chana. The children recited the Yud Pesukim and Tehillim with so much Chayus. We are sure the voices of the Kinderlach reached Sharei Shomayim.

After the rally, the twins from France performed a most amazing show. The children were fascinated by their energy and innovative acrobatics. It was a joy to see the smiling faces of the children as they enjoyed the show. After the beautiful show we went outdoors to begin the parade. There were four amazing floats that were created by the 5th, 6th,7th, and 8th graders. The floats were connected to the theme of Geulah. Each one was a masterpiece!

The floats were followed the High School Girls, representing Beis Rabbeinu Shebebovel. Their float, displaying how all the Shuls will be connected to the Beis Hamikdosh through 770 and all the previous Beis Rabbeinu Shebevobal. Whoever saw it was blown away by the details and precision of each Shul.

The marching began with our preschool. The Pre 1a boys were led by Mr. Sobol, who organized a marching band. It made the whole parade feel like a real marching parade.

The Nursery class marched with the theme of Tzedakah followed by UPK Alef, whose theme was Kashrus. UPK Beis made a Hachnosos Sefer Torah and Ois in Sefer Torah. Morah Rochel’s Pre 1a Girls marched with the theme of Hadlokas Neiros and Morah Simmy’s Class represented true Ahavas Yisroel. We are certain we gave the Rebbe lots of nachas from our kinderlach. May we be zoche to the Geulah Shleima NOW!!!
