As the Crown Heights community readies for the holiday of Pesach, donor Yossi Popack and his wife Batsheva are donating 4 pounds of Matzah each to local families.
The distribution will take place tonight, Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 899 Montgomery Street, basement, entrance on Schenectady Avenue between Crown And Montgomery Street.
COLlive was told that only families who reside in Crown Heights are eligible for the Pesach gift. A photo ID will be required to verify.
There is a limited amount of matzah, so therefore priority will be given to those that have not received Matzah elsewhere.

Yes on Sunday .Dont know the time waiting for someone to call me back.
We owe you a debt of gratitude for all the incredible chesed that you do for the whole community. Thank you for the donation of matzot, and also for the coupons you give the needy all year. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you do!
I would have gone, BUT as a 63 yr old Bubby could not risk tripping over slush. Is there a pre-Pesach Shani for seniors like me? Thank you anyway, Rabbi Popack for your offer.
so kind of the popacks!! And the volunteers who were giving out were so kind!!
The building is on Montgomery but the distribution will be in the basement, entrance on Schenectady between Crown and Montgomery Street.
The basement is between Montgomery and Crown
Is this a typo? or is this the building on Crown?
