Did Avi get to meet him? From the story, only his letter go to Trump.
I vote that Avi changes his wish again, maybe back to a family trip to eretz Yisroel, to personally thank Hashem at our holiest site, and to ask for another release- Moshiach- who is surely desperate to come already!

Wow!!

What a lovely heartfelt act, by this boy.

I hope his selfless act reminds trump of the amazing potential disabled people have, since trump has publicly belittled the disabled before.

Summarizes everything the Torah has to say:

Ahvas Yisroel, power of a mitzvah, we don’t know the reward for big or small things, words from the heart enter the heart, to feel another’s pain, etc.

Wow

Wow!

A truly amazing story with a tremendous lesson, the unity that was and is still being displayed over the release of sholom mordichai shows that not only can we untie in a tough times which unfortunately we see quite often but we can also celebrate together and really all feel like it’s our very own brother! This is the אהבת חינם which with no doubt will hasten the coming of Moshiach, may it be בקרוב ממש!!!!!
