Rabbis Speak at Melava Malka
The annual Yarchei Kallah in Parksville, NY, continued Motzei Shabbos with a Melava Malka. Speakers included Rabbi Yoel Kahan and Rabbi Avraham Shemtov. The annual Yarchei Kallah in Camp Gan Israel in Parksville, New York, continued Motzei Shabbos with a Melava Malka.
Speakers included Rabbi Yoel Kahan, Rabbi Avraham Shemtov, Rabbi Mordechai Shmuel Ashkenazi of Israel and Rabbi Leibel Schapiro of Miami.
The Talmudic-era gathering was renewed some 30 years ago by Shemtov to honor Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Schneerson OBM, Kabbalist and father of the Lubavitcher Rebbe.
