Orthodox Jewish families are moving to Miami faster than you can say Miami.
Communities have grown exponentially.
The local Chabad school, Lubavitch Educational Center, has more than 1200 students enrolled and keeps growing.
Houses in Miami and nearby areas are flying off the market. Values on homes are steadily increasing, and there are no real affordable places to move within South Florida, except for a few.
Well here is a secret. (Well, not such a secret, because it was reported on COLlive.com in May).
Shluchim couple Rabbi Mendy and Tzippy Weiss have a solution for the many who are seeking to move to an affordable community: Move to Hialeah/Miami Lakes, Florida.
“We have been here for 14 years and our quiet little suburbia isn’t so quiet anymore,” Tzippy Weiss told COLlive. “We are growing, but want to grow faster, and build and develop a frum, idealistic, beautiful community with the Rebbe’s values and Chassidishkeit.”
The Weiss’s are looking for 10-15 initial pioneering families who want to take pride on being the initial “developers” of this Royal Community.
The many benefits, Weiss says, include safe neighborhoods with low crime rate, beautiful parks, great supermarkets, and great quality of life.
The real estate is still affordable in the area, since so many new developments are going up, and real estate is appreciating. The developments boast stunning homes from the 300s to over 2 million, in beautiful, classy neighborhoods.
The location also offers the best of both worlds, being only a 15 minute drive to Lubavitch Eduational Center and still within Dade County limits, 20 minutes to Kosher stores, and 30 minutes to Hollywood on I-75.
And the best part: the area is close to the new proposed American Dream Miami retail/entertainment Project, with plans for Shul, Chabad Mikvah and Kosher restaurants and will eventually be a luxury destination for visitors with an indoor ski resort.
Rabbi and Mrs. Weiss have built a lovely community, offering Chassidishe classes and learning with seasoned, talented and charismatic educators. They are happy to help anyone who would like to move to find their dream home.
“Let’s start now to build this ‘Dirah bitachtonim,’ Mendy Weiss says.
“If you are willing to take the plunge than contact us now. We will make it happen. The more the merrier. We know our kids will jump for joy when a new families move here,” he says.
Aside from the new developments within Hialeah, there are so many ready developed areas with beautiful homes ready to move to such as Royal Oaks, SilverCrest, Royal Palm Estates all within walking distance to the beautiful storefront.

I came for a visit and fell in love with CH, I’d love to raise my son there but even on a nurses salary I can’t afford it as I’m a single mom.
