Seemingly this is erev Rosh Hashono This is the only time that Rabbis Hodakov and Groner and Kazarnovsky would go with the Rebbe in the car. As you can see that Rabbi Groner is also wearing Yom Kippur Shoes, and Rabbi Hodakov (you can see his shoes between the Rebbe and Rabbi Groner)
