The Leviim Art Gallery in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights section is expanding its exhibit from established and up-and-coming creatives in the Jewish art world.
The gallery at 271 Kingston Avenue has announced a new partnership with Jewish Educational Media (JEM) and its “Living Archive” that features over 200,000 unique photos of the Rebbe.
A selection of unique photos will be displayed for a limited time, joining an eclectic selection of Judaica art that is presented in the gallery visited by aficionados and laymen alike.
From its humble beginnings in a small garage, exponential success has impelled owner Moshe Frank to move to an expanded location on Kingston Avenue in the heart of Crown Heights.
Locals will be glad to take advantage of the proximity, especially with the gallery’s exclusive new partnership with The Living Archive running throughout the month of November 2017.
“JEM and The Living Archive was a natural choice for us when looking for an attractive partnership opportunity,” says Frank. “With their vast range of photos and display options, there really is something there for everyone.”
The temporary exhibit will feature beautiful prints and portraits of the Rebbe mounted on a variety of modern and classic materials, from metal and acrylic to beautiful custom frames professionally designed by Betzalel Art Gallery.
Walk-ins are welcome on Sunday – Thursday from 12:00PM – 7:00PM at 271 Kingston Ave. Personalized visits are also available by emailing [email protected].
