Patience is not just a virtue these days but a necessity born of today’s technology and social ingratitude. Basil will bring us closer together to enjoying a bissil yesterday and a shissel today. The new chef is talented, passionate and Jewish. She is the future with a little past mixed in. And the food she puts on the table…. Oy vey. 2nds and 3rds and more….

They should move to a bigger place . There is no room to sit confertable with some privacy . Esp that this a restaurant and not a fast food place. They need to expand . Nor room

Amazing Experience

Was there for dinner last night. Great all around experience. Met the new chef, extremely personable and passionate about her trade and it shows. Wait staff was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely return.

Until they get a reputable hechsher they can sell the BEST FOOD IN THE WORLD and i wont go there. I believe the feeling is prevalent in the community at large.

in the Rebbe's shchuna

To add to the wish list, I’d love to hear Jewish music playing and have the women who work there adhere to basic modesty codes according to shulchan aruch.
This is not just any kosher restaurant but one that is making headlines and is known to be owned by a Lubavitcher chosid, located in the Rebbe’s schunah.

hechsher...

in crown heights should be under the rabbonim, rabbi schwei and braun

Hechsher

While all the pics look beautiful and it is very tempting to go try everything out, I don’t really understand why we are advertising this for Chabad of ch who generally uphold the highest hechsherim. The post basically admits they don’t really have one. Hey have a mashgiach but that doesn’t mean much when we don’t really know what their standards are.

Looking forward to

Going back. But, need to be reassured service has also improved. Conveniently located and pleasant atmosphere for me but waited far too long for my order!
Can anyone confirm if that has improved?
Thank you
