It’s Harav Dovid Dov Berish Meisels, Rov of the Satmar community in Boro Park and son-in-law of the previous Satmar Rebbe. In his second marriage he is married to Esther Eichenstein, who is the first cousin of the Gurarys (her mother was the wife of the Zidichover Rebbe of Tel Aviv).
