you don’t want housing costs to go down because of higher crime…great, now you can afford the house that you are afraid to move into

Where would you propose they sleep? Can you provide an alternative source of shelter for them? Just thank G-d you’re not in their shoes! You can read any number of stories where wandering Jews have always sought shelter and were welcomed to stay in shuls for hundreds of years!

We should first get rid of all the homeless that sleep in 770 on a nightly basis!

Where are our "leaders"

Why wasn’t the community there protesting? We wonder why no one takes us serious, including those that are supposedly representing us. Jews wake up. Those that we thought were there for us, are there for themselves……look at the facts. Our leaders are getting buildings from the city for their personal gain while the rest of is continue to believe that they are taking care of this community

Yaakov Berman, sorry I could not make it, here are a few questions, which you may already have. 1. Who owns the building. 2. Is the building leased to another entity. 3. Who decides where to place ppl in shelters for permanent housing. 4. CH as it is, barely has any new housing for low income tenants who currently live in CH and in desperate need of these types of apts. 5. Why would the city consider bringing additional residents to CH, when we already have a housing crises with out these additional ppl. 6. If need be, have you… Read more »
