My husband, Yossel Rosenberg and I had the z’chus to be guests at the Fishman house for our son Yigal’s Chassuna. We will always remember how well the Ba’al ha Bas and his wife Miriam made us feel so at home. We are shocked and dismayed at the news. May the family be comforted and only hear of good things. Avad Chosid Min Ha’aretz.

A true example of a Chabad Chosid. A true loss to the entire community especialy the Los Angeles Kehillah.

May his wonderful family be comforted and may they only know of Simchos.

In our very memorable and enjoyable years in Los Angeles, from 1980-1985, the Fishmans were amongst our closest friends and continually demonstrated how Hachnosas Orchim has no limits. Marty was a shining example to all Yidden in business, that even for businessmen, Tefillah Bzibur and Shiurim always remain the ikkur. In those years when I made the L.A Boys Choir, together with MBD, Marty and his family were always their to help in every way possible. I looked forward to meeting him at all my subsequent trips to LA and will sorely miss not having him there any more. Our… Read more »

Reb Moishe had a very unusual zchus on
Yud Alef Nissan shnas hashivim. The Rebbe
called him into yechidus not once not twice but
three times on that very historical day. Perhaps
someone can share more details.

Hard to Believe!

Moshe z”l, had a real zeal for his yiddishcyte, love for the Rebbe and all klal yisorel. It’s hard to believe that he is no longer with us. He will be sorely missed. I spent many a shabbos at his shabbos tish over the years and have fond memories of his chayis and humor as well. Further a devoted and astute business man always ready to help his clients with patience and dedication. And of course a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many. Shocking and no words !!! I just saw him and spoke to him two weeks ago in Los Angeles. he was truly a wonderful all around type of person. Always a smile and a great sense of humor. What a tragic loss to the family and to the Chabad community of Levi Yitzchok Shul. Boruch Dayan HoEmes.
