you make a big kiddush hashem, and as a litvak who wants to become chabad i know that very few litvaks hate chabad, although they may fear chabad, and these people are hooligans- just that, hooligans.
I don’t think it’s fair to blame all Litvaks for this. If ch”v a (so-called) Lubavitcher did the same thing and the headline in a litvishe place was “Lubavitcher…does whatever” we would call it a chillul Lubavitch, say they just hate chabad, etc,etc. Because of course this kind of person wouldn’t represent all of us. So I think we should do the same to other Jews and not blame all Litvaks for “not teaching ahavas yisroel”…do you think all Lubavitchers have perfect ahavas yisroel?
The correct word for these hooligans is just that – hooligans.
They are probably not sanctioned by any rov or community and are just looking for moisdos to take over so that they can somehow make money from them.
These “chilul Hashem” Litvaks are worse than the Koran brain washed Muslim murders who openly talk about killiong jews. But the Litvaks who supposedly are not ignorent of theTorah commandment, “V’ahavta Lreacha Komocha” should be taken to the town square and be given 40 (not 39) Lashes.

In 770 chabad shluchim were hit by non-Litvak bochurim who disagreed with them. It happened before…Ma nishtana?
The fact is very clear “the Rabbi was beaten by these thugs” It is not the burden of Chabad to prove his innocense,on the contrary they have a lot of explaining to do (if there is an explanation for hurting ann innocent Jew).
I doubt very much the Chofetz Chaim or any other Litvishe Gedolim would approve of such Terrorism.And if they do let them say it loud and clear.

you don’t even know what really happened and are so quick to believe everything posted. Not one reliable news source has posted it, no explanation was given and yet you instantly believe it and use it as an excuse to say motzei shem ra about people.

These people are brought up to hate anyone who does not agree with their philosophy. They have been educated to fight Chabad from a very young age. I learnt in their Mosdos. I know what hatred they are being fed on a daily basis. All in the name of “Kovod LaTorah”!!!!
