10 Minute Prep Shabbos Foods

Easy Friday: Get out of the kitchen fast with these recipes for Shabbos meal courses that require 10 minutes or less to prepare.

These are all great ideas, but what about the 10 minute fish and dips course? And a 10 minute challah idea? We'd love more Shabbos cooking ideas, thank you!

put fish in a 9x13 with 1/8 cup water and pam spray top of loaf then trickle with honey and black pepper and salt.

or slice a frozen roll of gefillte and fry in pan on stove top

the cauliflower
It takes a lot more than ten minutes to check the head of cauliflower.
