I hope that Chabad Lubavitch of Stasbourg will hire the best criminal lawyer in the city to make sure that the assailant is jailed for life and that the victim receives major financial compensation.

The community should get a good lawyer and sue the city for letting this menace out of jail. Then prosecute the criminal and punish to the full extend of the law.
