Every year my children look forward to going to this bonfire Thank you Horowitz Family for organizing such a beautiful event with music and food and a great enviorment!
Rabbi Sholom Horowitz got many brachos and haskomas from the Rebbe to continue doing it every year in his home backyard and bringing joy to others.
After Gimmel Taamuz seems that people are feeling a void, so they create new Post Gimmel Taamuz Minhagim in Crown Heights to make Bonfires. This was always done in Eretz Yisroel – never by the Rebbe (nor by any of the previous Rabbeim in Russia or Poland). Seems that it makes people happy.
