And what is the employer’s commitment to the employee? When they decide to downsize or contract out work you’re out of a job

Rabbi Raskin does a good job with these but in this case the subject is just too vast to get anything more than a general ideas in the limited space in which he is constrained. I had job “Not a full time” Knowing that I was a part time employee, but I got Full time hours…..sure enough as time went on, the company was cutting my hours (for no reason) & drop my hours from 50 hours per week to SIXTEEN hours per week. between my hours I was not working I went to interviews….sure enough I got a better job, “full time” same 50 hours per week, my new boss asked me if I can start this coming Monday? Coming from company s my self I was told by adults that us human beings are not married to work jobs the only thing we are married to is our partner so in other words a person may do as they please.
