Over 65 women attended part one of ‘Food For Life’ Kashrus series launched by Junior N’shei.
Rabbi Hanoka spoke about hechsheirim and shared knowledge in his field about what to look out for when buying different foods. After the class many women gained clarity with the opportunity to ask their questions and get answers!
The four part series were designed to be practical and informative so that people can have a well rounded understanding of Kashrus information.

Rabbi Hanoka is a fountain of knowledge with regards to Kashrus. He is a very engaging orator combining his lectures with stories, humor. I have heard him speak on numerous occasions and consistently come away highly inspired.
I hope the community takes more advantage of programs like this.
One of the best on kashrus I’ve ever attended in the past 38 years! Rabbi Hanoka also discussed the hows of sticking to one’s standards yet keeping good relationships with others whose kashrus standards aren’t the same — very important. I’ll be back for more in this series IYH.
