Dealing with complaints

Actually we should realize that it isn’t about ignoring what people say about others or not listening to lashon hara but that a leader takes responsibility for what his employees do and investigates complaints thoroughly instead of ignoring them and shoving them under the rug. Doesn’t mean believing everything but it does mean to pay attention and investigate!

My wife and I are shluchim and we recently had somebody lie about us and “get us into trouble”

I suggest & hope there will be many more stories in the future. We live in a time of inner loneliness each and every story we hear one never knows how this can effect another. Please continue to share as much as possible. We know that many that worked in close proximity of the Rebbe wrote down many anecdotes on a daily bases.
