He spent a lot of time in 770, and was a devoted chossid of the Rebbe.
In the past few years he had been ill in the hospital.

oy vey! Boruch Dayan Hoemes!
It was with great sadness that I heard of the passing of
R’ Chaim Meir A”H. I think that it is appropriate at this time to acknowledge all those who were there for him throughout the years. You know who you are. May you all be blessed for your great Ahavas Yisrael! I certainly have learnt from you as I witnessed this great mitzvah.

A ben yochid…..
Learnt with him in Montreal as a bochur. he was an eidele neshomo
A special soul past our community and we could not helped him find a Shiduch. A Big and precious opportunity as lost
i just saw him Friday, i would see him every Friday for the past few years, i saw him get worse and worse. When i first met him all he spoke about was how great the rebba is.. and overtime his illness got really bad.

The Son of the famous Gershon Henoch Cohen, who owned the bookstore in Mea Shearim! Even more shocking he was never found a suitable shidduch, heartbreaking.
so sad!

May this be the last bad news

I visited him about a month and a half ago, and he was in no good shape then.
