I met Sharon (as I knew her) years ago at the court where we both worked. After retiring in 2010, I didn’t visit much and only today was I told the terrible news. No one who tells the truth could say a bad word about Sharon, who was always smiling, helpful and charming. I look at her photograph and still find it hard to believe that this sweet woman is gone .
Watching her grow up in Newport News, Virginia, I was always aware of her innate sweetness and goodness. So sad.

Sarah always had a ready smile on her face, she loved to laugh, she took everything with a grain of salt. I remember the years I worked with her so fondly. She always spoke to proudly of her husband and children. May Hashem comfort them. – yehudis cohen

I don’t know the woman who passed away or her family, but my deepest sympathy and condolences.
To the kidney donor (and Renewal):
You saved a life. That’s amazing. The fact that Hashem decided to have her back shortly thereafter is his cheshbon, albeit very painful. It doesn’t minimize the selfless sacred act. I hope you never have any regrets for saving the world. (Kol hamatzil nefesh achas…).
