So sad,, BDE, I knew her and her husband, two beautiful, respectful people………

A woman of valor

One small occurrence that exemplified Mrs Rabinowitz’s selfless nature towards others happened when, as her upstairs tenant, one Friday afternoon she let me use her oven because mine was out of commission and when an unexpected group of guests arrived that night Mrs R suddenly appeared with an extra pan of chicken, without asking! She humbly explained that being that I used her oven earlier that day, she knew I had not properly prepared for the meal and wanted to help out!!!

I cant forget those months i stayed in her basement, she was so giving and yet never expected anything in return, i must say thank you again.

There is loving others like yourself and then there is loving others even more, that was Tante Sonya.
