Rabbi Ari Kirschenbaum, Executive Director of Chabad of Prospect Heights East in Brooklyn, delivered the closing remarks and benediction at a graduation ceremony this past week.
He was invited to address the graduating class of 2015 of Medgar Evers College, a senior college of The City University of New York which offers baccalaureate and associate degrees and is located in central Brooklyn.
At the personal request of College President Dr. Rudy Crew, the rabbi spoke at the ceremony held at the Barclays Center indoor arena with thousands of students, administration staff and trustees in attendance.
