Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave a rousing address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday about the danger the Jewish people in Israel face if Iran reaches nuclear capabilities.
But some Democrats wouldn’t hear of it.
According to Freebeacon.com, more than 50 members of Congress and Senators boycotted the speech because it was scheduled by the Republican leadership.
The website said that a majority of those who boycotted Netanyahu’s speech received endorsements from radical anti-Israel group J Street, which has launched an aggressive media campaign against the speech.
The Anti-Defamation League has called J Street’s fight against Netanyahu’s speech “inflammatory and repugnant.”

No different than Hamas with a friendly sounding name.
he was raised here born in tel aviv
That all these politicians that did not show, could not resist, and surely watched it together in their private office. or separately at home!!
Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) is an independant(you probaly all are left wing?
I listened to PM Netanyahu’s speech. He was happy to have America as an ally. “They helped us with the fires in Israel,” he said. They helped us with this and that…folks…we cannot take care of ourselves. America wants to be our ally because it’s good for America…where is bad for America they wouldn’t be our allies.” (Actual meaning of his speech). Many treaties and alliances were broken when it wasn’t good for one of the parties: France and England had a defense treaty to protect Czechoslovakia but didn’t do anything when Germany invaded.
Actually, Yarmuth was formerly a Republican, but evidently was too dumb to remain one – which is why he’s now a Democrat.
but I voted straight-line Republican last year – except for one race where ther was no Republican – so the conservative got my vote. Not one decent Dem ran in my district!
good to know yevette clark was there…i was looking for her. if she wouldn’t of attended i would never vote for her and make sure all knows about it. kol hakovod she attended. she has my vote for many years to come.
opponents on the next election
What is Diane Feinstein these days? She spoke publicly strongly against Israel.
labeling J Street as a radical anti Israel group is a notorious distortion of reality. They work tirelessly to combat anti Israel divestments on college campuses around the U.S.
HAHA TAKE A GOOD LOOK THEY ARE ALL DEMOCRATS
CHECK UP THOSE GUYS FATHERS AND GRANDFATHERS AND YOU WILL SEE THAT THEY PUSH AMERICAN GOVERNMENT IN WWII TO DO NOTHING FOR SAVE JEWISH IN EUROPE
I am quoting you:
Just because she was there “doesn’t mean she agree”. Understand the game of politics.
First go back to English School and learn correct spelling.
Then go to Yeshiva and learn about Hakoras Hatoyve.
Karen Bass, the representative for a large portion of the Los Angeles Jewish community is amongst those who did not attend. If you live in her district (Pico-Robertson, etc..) you should e-mail her to express your dissatisfaction.
American you are, won’t you come on over and run for president?
they’re all democrats
Maybe Many of these people followed the NK, and other jewish sections who opposed this speech
What can you expect from a comedian….
The above Democrats are idiots, especially John Yarmouth of Kentucky who is demonstrating a fairly low IQ by giving talking points after speech. May become a Republican soon.
Just because she was there doesn’t mean she agree. Understand the game of politics.
Yvette Clark was there
She make the right choice
Good on her
Sens. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii)
