#7, you can change it online. You can change it in the mail. You can change it on the phone.
Yes, there are lots of minutiae about driving, but driving is a privilege, and the responsibility is on us, the drivers, to know the rules before we get behind the wheel.

Which, #4, is exactly the reason that you have 7 days from the date you moved to inform the DMV of your address change. It was in the book for your driver’s exam.

I am usually a very conscientious person taking care of paperwork. I once got a ticket for a minor Infraction and paid the ticket. The ticket for some reason had an extra charge that I didn’t see. I had moved and was past the date mailed was forwarded and person who lived there did not inform me that I had mail from the city. I had no idea that I owed $15 on an old ticket. Fast forward a few years and I was at the DMV and they told me that I had a suspended license!!! I was shocked!… Read more »

are people here realy so ignorant that they are not aware they dont have a valid license? i say you deserve to be arrested if you really have such ignorance. there are rules. follow them. we should be setting examples as law abiding jews not low lives.

There is nothing messed up about getting arrested for suspended licenses. Follow the rules and you have no problems.

Instead of warning people that offenders are being prosecuted, how about warning people not to drive on a suspended license!
