I love red Jaffa! U did an awesome job!
Your are amazing such a special heart!! Love you!!!!!!
Luv a bunkmate from teen camp 🙂
Keep up the great work. One small act leads to bigger mitzvahs.
Right on # 41
leah u always inspire me .. ur such a sweetie!! i love you !!
This is great work!! We all can be talking, doing, raising awareness about Moshiach and what Geula means. No one group or idea can or will get it all right. It is impossible for one person of group to express everything Moshiach and Geula is about. But if we all make our voices heard in a positive and productive way, like this great project, then TOGETHER we will be able to express it, to truly change the trajectory of the conversation. To bring us to the point of more and more saying ad mosi with an emes. To seeing Moshiach… Read more »
I think no13 has a point if the idea is just to give a quarter to someone. If somone gave em a quarter I would be a bit confused :/.
But giving charity is a different thing altogether – that should be the focus as mentioned previously.
]
Hatzlocho!
Yes 37, you are correct. We left out the conversations that explained to give to charity which if you watch carefully you will see that the lady in the park says she will pass it to someone who is hungry.
That’s what they did
Gave one for the person and one to pass along to charity
The point was to bring light into someone’s day Bc someone though tof them without them even asking
And then they were to reciprocate that
the quarters were being given to Charity. Think about it….
What’s the point of giving away money for no reason?
The Rebbe taught us to give away money for charity.
All that effort to give away 1000 quarters…. How difficult could it be to tell the people one more word: Please pass on to charity.
THAT would change the world.
It’s not too late. Next round.
What a beautiful idea -it’s contagious!!!lets also try to do that amongst our own…families….shluchim …embrace the new guy in your neighborhood!!!you might be suprised at what will happen!!!
you inspired me 🙂
Unbelievable! I’m so inspired to do the same! Love to join 🙂
Keep bringing moshiach!!!
To # 2, I am sure you meant the Rebbe is proud
fab idea – wow – u go girls
as for #13 …I guarantee you he/she meant it as a pun – I doubt it was said in ill will.
Great message!
I wish they come out with more of these! Btw, who made this folks? thanks
everyone who is bashing # 13 is forgetting what they just watched…kindness…kindness…kindness….not everything needs to be responded to… especially when 10 people responded already..and who said #13 was being serious?!
You go girl.
#13 should be ashamed of himself.
25¢ can buy you 25 pennies for 25 מצוות.
we miss u in bais rivkah!!!
Moshiach is so close to coming the way things are going!
Amazing!
Kind words and acts are far more important than the monetary value – obviously demonstrated here!
Go Tatty!
Always thinking out of the box and doing bigger and better things!
Much hatzlacha
I am so proud of you girls. Now Moshiach will come quickly!
1000 1/4ers = $250.
BS”D
to 13
it not the amount bubble-head, it’s the smile they put on peoples faces and in stilled in them the idea that they also need to do good.AT the very least, for sure one less mugging will take place
this is the craziest idea, and i dont know who came up with it. but this is what the rebbe demanded of us! to be crazy, normal is not always right. moshiach isn normal, and we need to go beyond the “normal limetations” of the world to bring moshiach!!!!!!! go chasidim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
moshiach now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
r.d
Go Tatty!!!! We are so proud of your amazing work!!
Lotsa love from your Toronto family!!
WAY TO BE POSITIVE!
ONE QUARTER CAN START SOMETHING SO MUCH BIGGER,
WHILE YOUR ATTITUDE IS NOT GOING TO HELP AT ALL!!
AND THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED THE RIPPLE EFFECT, AND THERE IS ALSO SOMETHING ELSE CALLED “ATTITUDE IS ALTITUDE”-IF YOU THINK YOU’RE GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL, AND YOU AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.
I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT. WE LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE ONE SMALL ACT OF KINDNESS CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE. SO YA, KEEP THINKING THAT!!! WITH THAT ATTITUDE YOU’LL MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE-(NOT!!!!)
Mr. 13: You are so typical of what this project is all about… Apathy and scoffing. I think its time to readjust your mind and heart and idea what a CDhabad person is;
1) What does a dollar buy? Do you have a comment on the Rebbe too?
2) If you think its not enough we challenge you to donate dollars for our next venture
You can save somebody from a 100 ticket for 15 minute
One of the things you can do with a quarter
It’s the thought that coints
I think the point is to show that theyre extending themselves to others to bring light to their and inspire them to do something good too
when you give a penny to tzeddake arent you helping someone too?
What can you buy for 25 cents in US – Bubblegum maybe?
way to go girls! keep it up! we love ir!
Really amazing, inspiring and totally what the Rebbe taught us, that it can be the smallest act that makes all the difference. Giving other people a chance to do something good today might seem as nothing but we can never know the value of a simple Mitzvah!
great idea!
Awesome!
What a seriously cool endeavor! Feel like giving something myself!
Go #kickdarkness
nominate a friend and spread the light!
Bassie L, Rivkah G…Awesome job!!!!
