Where the Friediker Rebbe stayed in Morristown

the place that the Friediker Rebbe stayed in Morristown is now a county community center. On occasion the yeshiva visits the spot to commemorate the Friediker Rebbes visit!

The letter from the Frierdiker Rebbe from 5695, instructing to Farbreng Shabbos Mivorchim, proceeds this story. so i think its inaccurate to say this story is “how the Shabbos Mevorchim Kiddush custom got started”. maybe it got reinvigorated on u.s soil after this story.either way its a great story. just the title is a bit misleading.
