Over 100 Bais Rivka High School students headed out for a “Night out in NYC” last Wednesday.
The trip was awarded to all girls who scored in the “Nos’im L’Rebbe” Tishrei program, coordinated by Achos Hatemimim of Bais Rivka High School.
The theme this year was, “Color It In- Ki HaRebbi Nimtza” which emphasized how the Rebbe is seen through us. Through daily cheshbon hanefesh, 770 shiurim, farbrengens, learning booklets, and more, the girls worked on ‘Coloring it in,’ ensuring the weeks of Elul and Tishrei were full of growth and chayus.
At the completion of the program, the girls were rewarded for their efforts with a late night trip. After school, they loaded the buses to Chabad of the Bowery in Manahattan, where they enjoyed an evening of fun and inspiration hosted by the Korn family.
“Yasher Koach to the 145 girls who successfully completed the program, and made the Rebbe proud,” organizers said. “As the theme of Tishrei was, they truly did, ‘Color It In!'”
