Meir Pliskin
They say, “The best camera is the one you have with you.” Well, one afternoon I was rushing to a wedding I was photographing, with all my equipment in the trunk, when I noticed this scene outside the Jewish Children’s Museum. I quickly rolled down the car window and snapped with my phone camera.
Alex Gorokhov
I have the merit of photographing many simches. The most memorable one this year was not the one of the chosson and kallah, but the person who brought them together: Terry Spiers, the UPS delivery man in Crown Heights.
Baruch Ezagui
This was taken at the Great Parade on Lag BaOmer on Eastern Parkway. The police officer on the horse made that girl’s day and I was happy to capture her smile.
Chana Blumes
There is something so beautiful and unique about every wedding and I don’t have favorites. This photo taken at Galapagos Art Space in DUMBO pulled on my heartstrings; I am reminded how happy the bride and groom were through this image.
Itzik Roytman
The main shul of 770 Eastern Parkway always provides interesting people and scenes. I found this one interesting because everyone’s hope is to daven on a “higher level.”
Simon Roumani
Rabbi Hirshy Minkowicz accepts a photo of the Rebbe with his late wife Mrs. Rashi Minkowicz OBM at the Kinus Hashluchim of New York. I photographed their wedding in Crown Heights, so this was especially moving for me.
Levik Hertzel
I called this photo: Guardian speaking to Guardian. While on guard duty in Chevron, an IDF soldier took a moment to pray to the ultimate Guardian of the world, Hashem.
Levi Percia
I wasn’t the only one trying to capture this moving moment of Benny Elbaz blessing his son Gad Elbaz during a joint concert in New York…
Meir Dahan
A kallah davens on her special day in a special place: in the replica of the Rebbe’s room in the 770 building in Kfar Chabad, the closest venue to her wedding hall.
Which of these is your favorite?

MEIR PLISKIN ROX
The 1st pic is adorable
ill go for leivik hertzel!!!!!!! so moving!!!
The line of adorable, beautiful little boys; random day at 770; and of course the soldier, the guardian praying to our ultimate guardian. These are the best of the group.
Meir Pliskin’s photo as the runner up. I like Boruch Ezaqui as a first choice because it tells a story and convays a feeling. Aside from that the composition and exposure are great.
Levik Hertzel here.
Thanks for all the love to my Chevron picture. I’m glad it means as much to you all as it does to me. Check out guardiansofchevron on Facebook for more.

All these photos which are posted on this page are all amazing but picture #2 tells a story, I saw this photo in New York times, and So many other news sites. It’s a regular picture, nothing out of the ordinary. But once you know the story behind the picture the photo starts to stand out. Two souls put together by a UPS DRIVER, he delivered not only a physical package, but put together two halves into one. That’s why I give my credit to amazing photographer Alex for such a shot, who dedicates his time to take pictures at… Read more »
